Owner is very greatest lady but staff is not fair.
No good service . waxing is money waisted in that selon because every part of body after wex having hairs no neet and clean don't recommend waxing pedicure.

This store is small but has a good selection. I don’t know much about makeup so on the two occasions I have visited I simply asked staff and they were able to recommend me their favorite products which have worked out brilliantly on two occasions. Lovely vibe in there and the ladies are always very attentive but leave you to browse if you prefer. Will keep coming!

Really love Space NK Chiswick, the staff are always so friendly, knowledgeable and I do feel they go above and beyond! I have been having a tricky time with my skin of late and have been into the store many times over the last few months picking up various samples. The ladies are always so understating and attentive. I think I have finally found the right regime, drunk monkeys (drunk elephant) and other bits and bobs.. and it’s all thanks to the staff there. I don’t think I’ll ever order skincare online again! Thank you so much! 😉

Not being a previous visitor of Luxury Cosmetics Shops I was a little apprehensive about my visit as I had limited knowledge and was unsure of the exact products I should be asking about. I was immediately put at ease by both Mariana and Saffron whose service was absolutely First Class. They were both so helpful and informative and took lots of time explaining things to me. They were extremely patient and thorough in answering all my many questions and put me completely at ease. They even wrote out a day/night skincare routine for me, really going the extra mile to help. Mariana and Saffron were extremely kind, enthusiastic and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting. If I could give them more than Five Stars I would! A very happy/satisfied customer who shall now become a regular as I felt really positive after my visit and the outstanding service I received.

The ladies who work here are always so kind and helpful. As soon as you walk in you are greeted, even if they are with another customer they acknowledge you and then will help when finished serving. They know a lot about their products and make good recommendations. I really enjoy coming here.

I always thought Space NK employed staff who were rude and most unhelpful until I visited Space NK Chiswick high road. Munlika was most helpful, polite and willing. I went for one item and ended up with many. She was not trying to sell only find me the correct product. The best sales assistant experience. Well done munlika. Thank you for your time.

What a shame!!!!
I went to this shop because i absolutely adore all the products in there - girly heaven! However, I was met with the most unwelcoming and hostile glares from a ghastly sales lady. She actually made me feel that I should about turn and leave!! I didn't leave because I was treating my daughters and they were looking forward to the indulgence!! I was then served by a lovely young girl, who was very helpful and sweet . Another lady served a customer and couldn't be more false!! Smiled with her teeth and thanked her , and before she turned away, the false smile dropped from her face in an instant!!
I couldn't believe the air of inappropriate superiority!! I run a business locally and would die if my customers were made to feel this unimportant and unwelcome. An utterly ghastly shopping experience!! The two stars were for the lovely products and the one nice sales lady. Will be going to John Lewis next time!!!
