Placed a few orders online over last couple of years, outstanding service & lovely people. Only place I can rely on if I need a present or card quickly and it is dispatched same day and delivered to me next day. Even went that extra mile delivering a baby photo frame in a lovely gift bag for free. (Which I was just about to go shop and buy a gift bag on way cos I couldn’t find them on your site & you saved me a trip and money) Amazing unique quality of cards & gifts, just like you always had in your shop down colonnades which I used to shop in regularly & so did my family. Glad you carried on online after shutting the shop up. Will continue to use you regularly 🙂

Really beautiful cards very reasonable priced too. the website is extremely good, packaging is excellent the cards etc always arrive in a good condition, and the speed of delivery is always very quick the best thing is such excellent customer service there was a slight query on my address and Kim actually gave me a ring to check something that is almost unheard of these days. i have just had my second order arrive and will continue to use this company. I ordered a card for my partner's 60th birthday - left it to 5 days before, so I was concerned it wouldn't arrive in time! The card arrived very quickly - 2 days later . It was extremely well packaged and even had a note to the postman not to bend.

The card is of beautiful quality and is perfect for my needs.

I ordered a card for a special little girl’s birthday and the next day received a call to say that due to stock received from supplier it would not be possible to fulfil the order. Sincere apologies and an instant offer of replacement card or refund. I was unable to choose an alternative at that point so I was quickly given a refund.
I managed to look for card on Kim’s site later and this alternative card was quickly dispatched and received without delay - with a lovely personalised message.
I can not fault the customer service and highly recommend this small business. Thank you Kim ⭐️ I will definitely be ordering again x

Kim the owner was kind and very helpful. The 60th Birthday card quality and finish exceeded my expectations.
