I had a really disappointing experience with Spring Promo Clothing Print Shop. I requested specific designs, but the final product wasn’t at all what I asked for. Not only did they fail to follow my instructions, but the quality of the designs they provided was poor and looked very unprofessional. To top it off, the customer service was terrible—responses were slow, unhelpful, and they didn’t seem interested in resolving my concerns. If you’re considering using them, be prepared for subpar results and unresponsive service. In my opinion, save your money and go elsewhere.

Just called up this company and asked if they can do embroidery on a dressing gown for me and the man said £40 for a name. On one dressing gown I used to do it my self .. and that’s a lot .. and I said do you have a machine that you just spell out the name he said no I can’t help you and put the phone down on me.. very bad customer service how rude !
