Rebecca did a wonderful job of repairing a much loved chess set of mine. Due to an unfortunate accident some of the chess pieces had been snapped and chipped. Rebecca took the time to listen and understand what I wanted, then sourced the repair products including colour matching the paints so that the set now looks perfect again. My experience shopping from Spruce has been a really positive one, the staff especially Rebecca have been so helpful and efficient . The products are of excellent quality, the Monkey dippy egg board is delightful, and the candles smell divine.
