Spoke to a woman on the phone called Shona. Honestly, the best person I've had the pleasure of talking to on the phone today. She was so patient and gentle and she really went over and beyond to help me out. I just thought to leave a review because I've had to deal with such horrible receptionists on the phone this week, but Shona really made my day. She's an asset to this company; absolute professional.. helped me get more done in the 10 minutes than I have been able to do the last few hours.

Wouldn't even bother using this company... I phoned about using there services and was met on the phone by what I assume was a manager, I didn't quite catch their name but they were rude, aggressive and had a nasty attitude, I wouldn't give any of you a sweet never mind my money if that's how you treat future customers get some mannors and better customer service you absolute joke of a company!!
