After getting myself into hot water on a new build, Richard stepped into a tricky situation involving the possible undermining of a neighbours terrace.
He could of walked away but instead he conducted site visits and prepared all necessary sketches and paper work.
He's a skill for being calm and comes up with solutions that
1. Solve the problem
2. Are cost effective to implement
I wish I'd used Mace Consulting Engineers from day 1!

I don't want to write this, but since settling the invoice, we seem to be getting blanked by Mace. We have had preliminary documentation & are still awaiting the final drawings, despite repeated email quearies & phone calls with no answer.
I'm not sure why all the other reviews here suggest prompt & professional experiences as ours has been far from it. Once we get our final documentation, I shall update this review.
