I couldn’t be more delighted with the service Reg provided for my wedding day. From the very beginning, Reg went above and beyond. When I was searching for a wedding car, he took the time to call me and answered all of my questions thoroughly and with great patience. On the big day, Reg arrived well ahead of schedule, which immediately put my mind at ease. He was incredibly courteous and thoughtful throughout, ensuring everything ran smoothly. He even took some beautiful photographs for us, capturing special moments that we’ll cherish forever. The car itself was absolutely stunning, and Reg was kind enough to offer to escort more of my family than we had originally planned. I highly recommend Reg for anyone looking for a wedding car service — truly exceptional!

I would 100% recommend Reg from Suffolk Wedding Car Hire! Reg went above and beyond on my wedding day, he was very personable and made my dad and I feel very comfortable straight away when he picked us up from our venue. On the way back to our venue, Reg saw a wheat field and offered to stop to take some exclusive images of us! A massive thank you Reg for your service on our special day!

We had such an amazing experience on our wedding day and one of the reasons was because of Reg. From hiring his amazing Rolls-Royce to the service he gave us on our special day, you would instantly know he loves his job. He arrived on time impeccably dressed, we felt like royalty but also felt immediately at ease. He chatted with me and my parents to get my nerves settled before the ceremony and even provided glasses for the wine we decided to drink while on the way to the reception. He gave us time to enjoy the scenery and drove the longer way as our reception venue was just 10 minutes away from the ceremony hall. This gave us time to ourselves while enjoying the car and the views which was the breath of fresh air we needed before the reception. It was truly an unforgettable experience and Reg definitely contributed to the reasons why it was such a perfect day. Highly recommended!

We chose Suffolk Wedding Care Hire for our wedding in August and Reg went over and above what we thought a car hire would be! Reg is a kind, funny man telling my Dad and I stories on the way to the service to calm my nerves, putting us at ease and taking lots of his own photos, which turned out great! It happened to be raining on the day and he was prepared with white umbrellas, he took some of the Bridesmaids luggage in to the venue...just great. He even introduced us as the new Bride & Groom at the hotel bar so our guests could get some lovely photos/videos. The car itself is a dream and really spacious, it looks great in the photos. Reg really became a part of our day and we were thrilled with how smooth everything went because of him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Suffolk Wedding Car Hire in the future to anyone. Suffolk Wedding Car Hire are absolutely exemplary! Reg took the best care of us both and ensured that everything was 100% perfect for us and checked in with us beforehand and on the day to ensure everything was going as it should. Reg is so personable, reliable and a complete professional. We were able to go and see our wedding car (Rollie) ahead of the wedding day itself, to meet Reg and he offered us a drive with Rollie! It turned out also that Reg was driving Rollie on the day of our wedding which was a great bonus! All of our guests commented on how smart, warm and professional Reg was and how helpful he was to ensure we had more than enough time to have photos with Rollie. He took us for a drive out in Rollie on our wedding day, after the drinks reception had started, which was a really special moment and allowed us to have some time away from guests to soak up having just gotten married! I would recommend Reg and Suffolk Wedding Car Hire to everyone wanting a high quality, professional and dependable Wedding Car service and of course an original Rolls-Royce for their wedding! We scouted many companies but they did not compare to the service we received from Suffolk Wedding Car Hire. Thank you so much! We didn't have all our official wedding photos back at the time of doing this review, apart from a few sample shots from our professional photographer and a couple of photos taken by family/guests.
