Would give no stars if I could. Visited today with a pair of silver plated 1880s candlesticks. Before I even got the candlesticks out of the bag the two women started rolling their eyes. I explained that I'd seen exactly the same on ebay and other sites (more eye rolling) I placed them on the counter and explained that they had hallmarks. Where? One said without even looking. I explained where the candle goes. She looked annoyed. Looked and said silverplate. Which I already knew. She said I don't want them probably get £6. I left in disgust and sold in the afternoon on ebay for £150. All paid sending tomorrow Wouldn't recommend unless your selling the crown jewels then probably tell you there worth nothing. Never will darken their door again. Bad customer service and rude.

Driven past this place a few times and finally decided to pop in. IT WAS AMAZING, WELL WORTH THE RUMMAGE. So many rooms, lots of types of items to look at. Would totally advise you to pop in

Interesting antique centre on three floors with concessions housed in the original Swan pub. There was a mix of reproduction as well as genuine antiques, jewellery and china. Collectors would appreciate the thimbles, miniature animal figurines, dinky toys,railway memorabilia and lots more thats on display. Prices were competitive. There was also architectural salvage and road signs in the rear garden, all in all quite an eclectic collection. I was a little concerned when the proprietor appeared to be following me around and took an item from me that I was going to present at the desk when I had selected other purchases. I thought this was indelicate. I was not offered refreshments when their website states they do. Regardless it is well worth a visit but perhaps I should wear a suit next time!!

I really enjoy visiting Swan Antiques. You need at least an hour, stock always changing, fair prices and easy parking. Upstairs is a proper treasure trove of items so make sure not to miss the stairs at the back of tge shop. Just be mindful that card purchases below £10 will incur a surcharge.

Amazing place for a wander around, even more areas have been filled with anything and everything since my last visit. Not the cheapest place if I’m honest but all presented nicely. Went in to see if they had any fireplaces - found some outside although not in the best shape. Worth a look if you are over that way and looking for something vintage or different.

Worth a visit. Many dealers under one roof. Outdoor/garden items. Originally a pub. On a corner next to traffic lights. Easier to get in and out of the car park than expected.

I would advise to stay away from this shop. I bought 4 steel signs, which they were charging a total of £147. I had a look online & saw they are mass produced and for sale for around £20 each. Went back to the shop, where I was told I should had looked online before and that they didn't do returns. This is a pure con, using the setting to scandle people out of money. Check for your self
