My friend in Wisconsin bought me a pure for Xmas didn't fit my faucet, it's mobile home, I'm in Durango Colorado, called Farmington nm to see what the policy is, they said if I had a digital recipt n I'd no problem, I took it in the next day, no problem, kudos toRachel, n mngr at front dest for return s, you kick butt when it comes to helping a far people n didn't give me shit on returning it. Thanks to u I will shop at your store, again. I live 1 hrs from Farmington nm. But, it's worth it. Happy holidays, be safe and stay warm. Thanks for not giving me crap. Have a great day.

All their swim stuff is on sell. And I have been looking for a planner high and low. For $20 I found hard cover notebook sized planner. I'm in love with the planner and have received many complements. Their clothes are pretty decent as well. In such a small town good fashion is hard to find so I am living at target.

Website said the item/size was in store, drove and hour from Colorado to get it and they had most every size but the one I needed.
It was very hard to locate the sizes I needed of other items too as displays were disorganized.

The girl was so sweet, and very personable! She knew who I was before I even pulled up which was impressive since this was my first time doing pick up. It was already cold out and looked super busy but she greeted us with a smile and left us with a joke. Seriously the best pickup experience with any store!

I visited this store in Oct. 2021. Every staff member I encountered, from when I entered the store, to browsing, to checking out, greeted me in a friendly, helpful way. All of them deserve to be commended (and given a raise)! Thank you for making this out-of-towner feel welcomed. It really makes a huge difference. I was in town due to the death of a family member, so I was feeling fragile. A kind greeting and patience go such a long way & you never know what someone is going through. Additionally, the store was clean as a whistle!

Customer service representative was very rude to my daughter, then threw the items ordered on the counter and they almost hit my daughter. Will not recommend pick up in store orders because of the way she was treated while picking up the newborn formula I ordered for her.
