I preordered two poetry books from here and they arrived so promptly and were beautifully packaged! They included bookmarks, tea bags and a lovely note to say thank you for supporting an independent bookshop. What a delightful find! Visited this book shop a few months ago and we all found the books suitable for each member of the family to celebrate jolabokaflod. A small shop but perfectly formed, with lots to look at. The owners were very knowledgeable and so helpful. Looking forward to our next visit.

From the friendly welcome and fabulous food in the cafe, the lovely little craft shop and the helpful staff in the refill shop this is a glorious shopping experience. The Book shop staff are cheerful and know their stuff. Parking free and easy. What is not too like.

Amazing find. Lovely little bookshop with, despite its size, a plethora of books. The owners were lovely and knew a lot about the books. I particularly love the 'blind date with a book idea'. Im looking forward to opening up the brown packaging and experiencing a new book this afternoon. The bookshop is in a lovely little complex surrounded by craft shops and a cafe. I would highly recommend.

TL&R are almost single-handedly responsible for my out of control TBR piles……ok, shelves. So many lovely books, online service is fab, items are well packaged and dispatched promptly with Royal Mail tracking. And everyone knows if a book comes wrapped in tissue paper then it’s a present and doesn’t count
