brought my gorgeous dress from team bride, Della was amazing with me from the minute I stepped through the door I was super anxious and scared in case I didn’t find the dress that would look perfect on me, from the minute I brought my dress in last April to the day before getting message wishing me well on our big day and asking if I needed it steaming again! I can’t thank you enough della! I felt like a princess! Xxx

Arranged appointment via email with Lisa. Turned up at time and date of appointment with my bridal party. Asked by shop worker that day "can I help you." I explained I was here for my appointment. Immediately the staff member insinuated I was lying, evidenced it via email. She offered to rearrange as they couldn't fulfill my booked appointment slot, unfortunately I was not able to as some of my bridal party had travelled over 2 hours. When I communicated this to the staff member she laughed and said "that's not far." I have since been to a different bridal shop and got my dress.

Lisa makes you feel at ease straight away and makes finding your perfect dress a dream experience! The dresses she has in are absolutely beautiful and in such a range of different styles to choose from. The prices are absolutely fantastic and mean that you can have your dream dress whilst keeping well within your wedding budget!!

I visited Team Bride a couple of weeks ago. Della let us browse through the rails ourselves and pull out anything that I liked, there was no limit to how many I could try. She was ever so patient with me as I couldn’t make up my mind and was in and out of so many dresses. There was no pressure to buy then and there and we left to go down into Derby to have a look in another shop. Having no luck in Derby I wanted to go back and try a couple on again at Team Bride, I phoned up to go back and Della stayed after hours (even though her family were visiting) and we found my perfect dress. Thank you for all your help x
