We used That Event Company for a work conference event that was being held at the office. James did a great job of advising us on what we might need to elevate the event and accommodated our needs at quite short notice. Devlin and the team were efficient in set up and Devlin did a great job handling the audio for the event. They really helped us to make the event feel more professional, I would highly recommend them for any future event needs.

That Event Company installed a 12 way para canopy of fairy lights for our wedding party. Set up on the day was quick and efficient, communication was good and the quote provided was better than other suppliers we checked out. Would definitely recommend.

That event company took all the stress out of my event by helping me choose what was required for the event and then just effortlessly delivering it and collecting it again at the prearranged times. We went through several changes in the spec before the event, all of which were dealt with efficiently. Special mention to Devlin who did sound, not a hugely complex event technically but it was more socially complicated as around 6/7 acts fought for space on a tiny stage. Would recommend.

I have used That Event Company Ltd for many years now and they never fail to deliver. Each year they light up our Christmas party venue so exquisitely and they really take the time to listen to our brief. The whole process of booking the fairy lights from beginning to end was great. I was in touch with James and he was very accommodating re payments and changing plans etc. The lights looked amazing and the setting up/ collection was seamless. I asked THAT event company to livestream my late wife's funeral at less than two weeks' notice. They communicated their requirements with me, e.g. to ensure we had an internet connection in the church. On the day of the funeral they started setting up about 2 hours before the service. In the church when the service started their presence was very discrete. They provided 3 cameras and placed microphones where needed. The service was watched live on YouTube by friends and family in Africa and all over the world. I received many very positive comments about how people felt they were almost in the church, with excellent sound and picture quality. Certainly, watching the feed myself I was very impressed. I am happy to strongly recommend the THAT event company.

James helped us with lighting and audio for our wedding in Oxford. He was friendly, informative and not pushy. The results were brilliant - the room looked spectacular and the sound for the speeches was just right. Prices are reasonable and the set-up went without a hitch. We didn’t have to do anything and we got exactly the results we needed.
