AVOID AT ALL COSTS! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

I communicated with ballon emporium just over a week before my sisters 15th birthday and they confirmed everything with me and even said they would let me know when I could pick them up as they were busy.

I got no call no text, I’ve called and texted several times but no one seems to be able to get back to me. I went to the shop it was closed, the day after too even though I was there during opening hours.
If you want balloons for an event or birthday, avoid this place!
