A brand new BREEAM rated building made for businesses involved in or supporting advanced manufacturing. Spacious and reasonably priced, this is a great place for businesses to grow and thrive. Great views of Bodmin moor and St Austell bay with easy access to major road routes. Follow the signs to the Eden Project and you’d be hard pressed to miss it.
