Very impressed with the service. I asked if they could do a rush order so I could get it to my friend in time for her 50th birthday party. The picture arrived two days later. There was no fuss and the quality of the print and framing superb. It costs a little more but it worth it. If you are looking for a quality product I highly them. I've just placed my second order with them.

From the very start Kerry was helpful and patient, taking time to explain the process to me and elaborating on the options available to me when I spoke to her on the phone. When I struggled with IT issues, Kerry was most understanding and accommodating finding alternative methods to fulfil my order. She remained engaged in the process and invested in achieving an excellent outcome. Her attention to detail and care taken with every aspect of the process from picture resolution, to frame size to despatching the finished frame is second to none. Communication, too, was amazing. I was kept informed at every stage of the process and calls were answered promptly at all times.

The finished product is absolutely beautiful and bears witness to the effort and care that Kerry puts into her work! Thank you!

The staff member did a fantastic job of reviewing the prints and discussing matting and framing options. The end result was spectacular. I’m very impressed with the quality of work and helpfulness of the staff. I will definitely use them again for future printing and framing.

There was a special picture that we needed framed in our new house! The framed picture company website was easy to use, great quality photo print and lovely mount and frame!! It’s perfect. Not one for writing reviews very often but the service warrants one.

Unfortunately, a framed family photo that I ordered for my father was not going to arrive on time due to a supply chain issue with the raw materials.

I was quite unhappy with this and made it clear via email. I received a phone call straight away the next day from the company explaining the situation and exactly why there was a delay.

They refunded the delivery fee and even offered to have it sent to Bruges at no extra cost to me, where the family gathering was taking place, which I thought was outstanding.

Ultimately, it was sent to a different UK address and the photo and frame were of a top quality. For how this company rectified a situation that so many get wrong, and the quality of their product, they should be commended.
