Such a great selection of high quality balloons and really good customer service. My daughter had a Frozen themed birthday so we got her balloons from The Fun Factory. The Olaf balloon was such a nice touch! We also used The Fun Factory for my son’s birthday and he went for a Spider-Man theme, again, another great selection of high quality balloons!

I regularly visit my local balloon shop The Fun Factory in Teddington, that specialises in helium balloons, and my experience is always fantastic. The shop had a wide variety of balloon shapes, sizes, and colors to choose from, making it easy to find the perfect balloons for any occasion.

The staff is always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, helping me select the best balloons for my event. They also offered to inflate the balloons right on the spot, which was incredibly convenient. The helium balloons were of excellent quality, staying afloat for an extended period, bringing joy to our celebration.

Also impressed with the pricing, which was reasonable for the quality and service provided. Overall, the Fun Factory shop delivered a delightful experience, and I'll definitely be returning for my future balloon needs.

Meh 😒 ... In a party where everything should look gold and white was more like actually orange & white.
I ordered gold pearlised balloons and they were not gold but orange. The real gold ones I show comparing in the pictures are the ones I got from Amazon and I inflated myself.

On top of this, they didn’t want to bring the order to my door because of “COVID” precautions which I don’t believe as even Deliveroo, Amazon and normal mail delivers to your door with no problems.
So in the end while I was going down stair, they just left my balloons at the entrance of my building and left. Apart from that, the balloons were ok filled. Disappointed.

I regularly order balloons from the Fun Factory for my kids' birthdays, they are always so friendly and helpful and have a wide selection of balloons and party decorations. On this occasion they went above and beyond their usual 5 star service and helped me out immensely. I was so busy baking the birthday cake that I completely forgot to go collect the balloons before they closed for the day on Saturday. Liana went out of her way and kindly arranged to have them personally delivered to my house after hours. I was so so grateful, as we would have had a very upset 8 year old if she hadn't. Thank you again, I would highly recommend them.

I needed a massive paw patrol balloon filled, the lady was lovely and it was very reasonable prices! They had loads of their own balloons to choose would higky reccome for all party supplies!

Absolutely superb service from Nick. I live in Scotland and wanted some balloons delivered to a wedding reception in a local restaurant in Teddington. Communication was superb and when I had an idea, Nick jumped to it and put it into place at no extra charge. Anyone looking for decorations will not be disappointed. Amazing customer service. They have everything. Literally. Although too pricey. Hardware shop opposite sell helium balloons for a lot lot less so I was shocked at price with The Fun Factory.
