Absolutely fantastic company - second year we have used them and they are great.
This is the second year we have used them and they never fail to impress. The set up is slick and fast and the staff are so friendly.
We even had a visit from stitch who had photos with all the kids and danced around. Thanks again - excellent company highly recommend!

I booked a bouncy Castle for boxing day,as we spend the day in the village hall with the family and 3 young children. Great communication both via email and on phone. Great quality Castle and speakers and lights were a great add on. Delivery and collection were prompt. Excellent company, thank you very much!

PLEASE READ UPDATE my review is a true reflection of what has happened their website is confusing with lots of drop down boxes i tried to call to confirm with no answer so I put what I thought was right. I then contact to ask other options for pick up etc and the customer service was terrible. I have been called a bully tying to get my own way WHY WOULD I WANT TO USE THIS COMPANY AFTER THIS, I have my booking fee back which he has threatened to cancel via text but it has also caused stress as I thought I was sorted. I only post bad reviews when warranted and that is my right all of the responses are completely unprofessional and jyst shows what this company is like 👍

Booked today online for wedding in August in Consett which they had availability, inputted details, paid deposit. Got text back saying they couldn't do it as couldn't pick up at desired time no phone call or other options. Really bad customer service they obviously pick and choose which jobs they take and advertise in locations they have no intention of going to. Avoid

Amazing service yesterday when I had them for my sons 3rd birthday party they were so friendly and efficient at putting up and taking down the bouncy castles and soft play will definitely use again highly recommend them to anyone who is doing parties

Great Company and excellent staff. Perfect service with good product. Great from start to finish. We had the Peppa Pig bouncy castle and Peppa costume which was only worn for about 20 minutes as it was such a hot day but Peppa appearing made the children’s day and was worth its weight in gold.

Magical first big party for my autistic 6 year old. Timings were perfect, equipment lovely and clean and staff so nice. Easy to book, fantastic selection and great price too. I would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much👌

This is the 1st time we used The Party Business Newcastle but I would highly recommend them. We got the stitch and angel bouncy castle with slide, which my daughter and all her friends absolutely loved. The setup and removal went smoothly. Thank you soooo much. If we need a bouncy castle again I will definitely will be coming back.
