Please don’t order if you want quality products. They won’t take liability of the extreme low quality of the garments, their printing for my order alone was extremely bad.

After saying these products are no where near the quality they should be they just advised they can do their best on the printing and that I should get a refund from another company they got the shirts from.

Unprofessional, unwilling to help. All round if you’re looking for low quality this is the place.

A very long process from start to finish; 2.5 months to supply some embroidered shirts seems excessively long and there was so much back and forth to get the correct final product. Was advised we would receive samples to ensure sizing/fitment was ok before placing an order, then got an email requesting confirmation of sizes needed and told samples were chargeable so if we didn’t need a particular size we would still end up paying for it, so pointless really. Issues with incorrect spelling on the proof they finally sent (spelled the name of the town they are located in wrong!!) and layout despite numerous discussions about it previously. Was advised 5-7 day turnaround from placing final order, took just over a month until full order was received. Out of 120 shirts all the same design, 3 were sent a different shade of white (yellow) despite being previously rejected with the manager for that exact reason. When queried the guy confirmed that he had noticed they were a different shade but he ”thought we might accept them anyway” (?) and it had “slipped his mind” to notify us about it despite having a conversation about them the day before. Icing on the cake is that when our poor experience and these issues were discussed with the manager, he couldn’t see any problems with the service provided. Not a great experience overall, although the quality of the final product is good.

ordered a printed hoody as a birthday present for my partner with our business logo on, received emails to say the order was accepted and a price agreed...i was communicating with someone there who said the art work had been received and was fine.... never herd a thing afterwards, no details to take payment from me and my email i sent was ignored when i asked if my order had gone through and if it was being proceed. very odd.
