The Range, Aldershot

I love this place so much. The only dangerous thing is that I live too close to The Range 😅. I always find everything what I need. The staff is very helpful, the store is clean, nice and tidy. The quality of the products are great.

I love this place, I got loads of decorative and unique household items. They were really affordable and fancier items way better than ikea. Will go again to buy more stuffs for sure.

Only down side is wish iceland bit bigger , but the shop great stuff going back for more

Click and collect got cancelled - leaving me floundering to search for alternatives. I leave a feedback request for easier online portal to check stock availability and that gets removed. I think that says it all doesn't it

The people here literally act like they’re chewing steel when they talk to you .. it’s actually mental .. other than that the shop is good to get little bits and bobs for a reasonable price - if they have a price label!

Despite my rating of only two, I like this store and the range of products it stocks; however, it is let down by the lack of price display. Much of their stock doesn't have a price tag on the product or on the shelf. This price visibility problem leads me to my principal reason for a lower than deserved rating, the staff. Don't get me wrong, many of the staff are perfectly acceptable, some are even excellent, but there are several staff members who leave much to be desired, and regrettably they let the other staff down. I've often wondered what motivates people to work in an environment that brings them into contact with the thing they dislike the most, other people? Surely, they'd be better served working in a post where they have no contact with people, they'd be much happier, and so would we. For the answer to this age-old question, simply head to The Range on North Lane and ask the handful of staff that let the entire store down. You'll find them looking miserable, smug or aggressive at the back of the store, hiding from customers and management. Alternatively, don't bother and simply take your custom to a place where it is appreciated. In short, it is a great store, let down by a handful of truly dreadful staff. (Please note. Most of the staff at this store are outstanding, they provide excellent customer service, but they, like the store itself, are let down by some jaw-droppingly terrible people. It's a shame because without them, I would have rated the store 5 out of 5).

Great store but please put more effort to actually putting prices on stuff loads of stuff I didn't bother buying due to no price and didn't see any staff apart from ones on till

I hadn’t shopped at The Range before, though went there specifically to buy an outside cool box/table that I saw at a family barbecue. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jack who even carried the products back to the till for me and offered to take them to the car. Also, the items were more than 50% cheaper than they were on Amazon!
