Found exactly what I wanted ...both items were on sale too which was an added bonus. The store was clean and tidy although they were restocking some shelves at the back of the store the other aisles were easy to get down.

The Range in Blackburn is a great store with a fantastic selection of products! Whether you're looking for home decor, DIY supplies, kitchen essentials, or seasonal items, they seem to have something for everyone. The layout makes it easy to browse, and I love finding unique pieces at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist if you need directions or advice on products. The store is generally well-stocked, though there have been a few occasions where certain items I wanted weren’t available. Parking is convenient, and the checkout process is usually quick and efficient, even during busy times. While there’s always room for improvement in some areas—like keeping certain sections a bit tidier—it’s still a great place to shop, and I always enjoy my visits. I’d definitely recommend The Range in Blackburn for anyone looking for a variety of quality items at good prices!

Returned a set of blinds, unopened with receipt as size not needed. The staff member on duty on Saturday morning had no badge, but was full of attitude. I felt really upset with the attitude and tone she used. She also asked for my name and address in front of other customers, does GDPR not apply in this store. I totally felt my personal info being violated. With her drawn on eyebrows, moustache stubble, dirt in nails and 4.5 chins, i think she was projecting her issues onto me. Don't bother complaining as they are all friends and don't care how customers are treated. Oh well, you have lost my business at Blackburn.

Large store with a fantastic selection of homeware, crafts, and pet food/toys and beds. Clean and tidy store with helpful staff ! I only gave 4 stars due to the road on the way into the carpark. The speed bumps are horrendous, and the carpark has pot holes ! So please beware and drive very slowly.

This store lives up to its name and has a wide range of items available with a new range of items in every season. I love the hobby section which has an inspirational range at reasonable prices. The car park allows up to 3 hours parking, which can go quickly while you're browsing the various departments, so keep an eye on the time. I couldn't believe it when I realised I'd spent 2 hours here today. There's no longer a cafe here which is a shame as it was nice to take a break. Still worthy of 5 stars nevertheless. As their slogan goes, you won't believe the range!

Came to a store in Blackburn the range it’s a good place to shop for but the customer service is poor. Did not give me a a bag Even though I asked for one, I would read this zero poor customer service and lastly I wouldn’t shop here again

Staff here really are great really helped me out when clicking and collecting an order for my mum. I had to gwt my mum to take me as my car is in the garage and the order was for her birthday. Chris (i think he is called) the manager kindly found a box and celotaped it up so I could hide the gift from my mum. Last year we also had a good experience with the range we really wanted a certain BBQ and the only one left was the display one. They rang other stored local to see if they had stock which nome dis so they let us take the display one. Always great service her. Thanks

I’ll expose my snobbery here and say that I expected to find the place to be chaotic and messy, but when I popped in to pick up a photo frame, I ended up staying for an hour and being impressed with the huge variety of things to buy. The store is organised and well looked after. I got some toys for Christmas presents, some Halloween and Christmas decorations, bathroom items, and gardening items. I won’t hesitate to shop here again.
