Useless is the only word you can use to describe this store. They have 10 tills available but you’re lucky if more than one is in use at a time. The staff barely look you in the eye or speak to you whilst serving. I recommend driving to the Longwater store.

Placed an order for click & collect at this store. Was apparently in stock, but when I came to collect, none of the items were in stock & have been told I will have to wait upto 5 days for my money to be returned. Absolute waste of my time. AVOID USING THERE WEBSITE it is not fit for purpose

The range is certainly a fitting name for this chain of stores.
They stick everything from kitchen spices to garden furniture, with a smattering of pet foods and a dash of pills and potions, plus lots more besides. I have also noticed some old Wilko stock dotted throughout the store.
It all seems at the least decent quality , with most things reasonably priced.
Certainly worth a visit, what ever you might be after.

Popped into this new Range store! Great shop and great staff!

Plenty of parking outside as well as covered trolley park (great for keeping the seats dry for the little ones).

Store was full on Christmas (only 2 weeks to go) including fresh Christmas trees for sale outside as I hadn’t realised they sold them.

The store was warm, light and airy! Lots of the team said hello and plenty available!

The store was full of stock and as usual for the range there was a huge selection of products!

We came away with not only what we needed but a few extras of course!

Somewhat annoyed today 2nd of January 2025, Walked in to the store and right in front of me were Salter Air Friers displayed for £79.99 so I grabbed one and went to the till only to be told that offer had ended and they shouldn't be priced at that price, the manager said he couldn't put it through as head office wouldn't allow it. Shan't bother with the Range again.

So it's a busy Sunday afternoon been into the range the queue is down the isle and the manger is just standing there having a lovely chat while all the customers are watching. Why not stop your chat and help yoyr staff you see it's busy. Disgraceful

Popped in to collect and online order which was super simple to order and collect also half price! Thought I’d have a Quick Look round as I was there, I’ve not been in a while had forgotten that they do so much! Great range of pet stuff mostly cheaper than some places, some pretty awesome Halloween things at prices I’d be happy to pay! Ended coming out with my online order and serval things I didn’t know I needed!!! Staff were helpful they opened up another till when a Que formed don’t get that in many shops!!! Definitely going back for a better look round. Definitely recommend a visit
