Kicked me out for not having an adult? I am 15 and have been going there for years since i was 12 and this has never happened to me before i am disgusted at the old white haired employee. This is ridiculous don't come here if your under 18, you will get kicked out 🙄🙄

Always mess some items have no price tags some has wrong price. Cats are third category very few food choices, wilko good at all almost. The alley are always blocked with trolley. It used to was very exclusive shop apart from prices and mess it's another b&m

Why can’t this shop price up the goods they sell? I’d say at least 50% of items have no price labels. Apart from that it’s a decent shop with a wide range of products.

1 till open had to wait ages to get served, then when items scanned prices were wrong to what shelf edge label showed. Had to wait again so gave up and left goods behind. Staffing levels appalling.

I encounted a rude staff member which I would of understood if I had been rude or snappy but not said staff member they had an issue with me because I asked where the batteries are so I could get some for my daughters christmas presents.

Place always looks a mess, items just
Piled up and priced wrong. Staff rude and tills usually closed so have to go to customer services to pay.
