The range as a store is very good for an affordable range.
The cafe however is seriously lacking, the customer service is poor when they gossip about other customers in front of myself and my mother.
The toilets by the cafe are honestly disgusting and wouldn't want to sit down the toilet seat among other things.

I like this place. Lots of ideas and products for the home and garden. Some items are a little bit overpriced in my opinion, but also some good bargains if you look around. Very good Range of products as the name would suggest. Nice little, basic Cafe upstairs with competitive prices. Usually of plenty of parking available outside. The checkout tills are sometimes a bit of a let down at busy times. Maybe time for some self checkouts for smaller purchases to cut the queues? But don't remove staff from the checkouts, there are plenty of customers out there who don't like the self checkouts! A good store to visit, improve the queue's for 5*

Not been for a while but visited mid November 2024. We found the store crammed with a fantastic range of Christmas goods at very reasonable prices. We were also pleased with the prices on the normal ranges across the store. We are sure that in many areas the prices were lower than we remembered from previous visits.

Haven’t been for a year or so,wow what run down store it’s turned into lack of maintenance from outside to indoors.at main entrance loads of litter weeds overgrown shrubs dirty windows rusted structure for gardening area,inside was a messy stuff everywhere holes in floors missing tiles in roof spaces wires hung down,holes in walls just the basics first impression spoiled my shopping experience before even started.
On the positive side the store does have great selection of products once you navigate your way round.

Great choice of products under one roof for all ages and abilities. Large hobby and crafts section. Plenty of home furnishings. Seasonal offers throughout the year. Large car park. In store cafe and toilets.

I havnt been here since last year, usually come for Xmas decks,price hikes on all decks,cheaper elsewhere,but fantastic lighting section,the main bug bear for me is the tills,you would be screwed if you were to purchase a bit of everything the store has to offer, including a food shop,because the tills area is so small! There's no where near enough room! Needs a conveyer belt,the store is outdated big time and needs an update
