Excellent service from Trade Wet Rooms. Delivery was on time. I had a manufacturing issue with a shower board that I had ordered. Ethan arranged for a replacement board to be with me for the next day. It arrived at 07:45 so there were no delays in the project. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much.

Price is good . Make sure if you give an instruction regarding delivery that you contact them again and again as simple instructions and return phone calls are not on their radar. In future all, my bathroom and wet room materials will be placed elsewhere. Not impressed. Thank goodness the delivery company had a Good guy who was helpful and could think outside the box. Delivery was two days early when I was 200mls from home.

Honest opinion having spent £400 on wedi boards from Trade wetrooms.

Ordered, left delivery instructions and delivered on time.

Ladies who I spoke to were very accommodating and went extra mile despite the negative review I have seen.

Ordered shower panels after a lot of thought reading the reviews. I was apprehensive. But the panels were delivered on time. During transit, there was a small damage to one of the panels. Reported to traderooms, they were ready to replace the whole panel. But I didnt have to worry too much since we cut the piece off anyway and was not needed. Contradictory to the many negative reviews in here -I received a fantastic service - very responsive.

AVOID! Horrible experience and item NEVER delivered. Outrageous.

I wish I read others’ reviews here before ordering.

I ordered an Impey aqua dec on Saturday and paid extra for 1-2 day delivery to ensure it will be supplied on time. I called on Tuesday and was told it would be delivered either Tuesday or Wednesday and they didn’t give me any estimated time. Called Wednesday again and they told me it’s with the driver and will be delivered by 6pm! Nobody ever showed up or contacted. I called again on Thursday morning and after many calls back and forth I was told they don’t know where my order is! They said they will have to dispatch another item, about which I’m highly sceptical, and they said it would be delivered before lunch time on Friday. Many calls and emails again on Friday but my order NEVER arrived. This is OUTRAGEOUS. Let’s see if I can at least have my money back.

Avoid this company and order elsewhere if you don’t want a massive headache, time and money wasted.

Items arrived very promptly. I incorrectly ordered 2 Impey wet room trays and the customer service assistant stopped them being dispatched and my account was promptly credited. I ordered the correct trays and they also arrived quickly. No problem at all.

An absolute disaster. Ordered a wet room tray from these guys for a project. No instructions provided and given the non traditional method of installation straight onto joists rather than a underboard these would have been appreciated. To top that off the tray was cracked and getting trade wetrooms to assist in getting it collected and exchanges is a still ongoing saga. Avoid at all costs!

Absolute Shambles of a company. Order #17523 from Tradewetrooms. Ordered product 2 weeks in advance, with product listed as in stock. No communication from them at all. Had to chase a number of times. 2 weeks after they had taken my order and the money they phoned me up to say their supplier didn't have the item and wouldn't be getting it in stock till 2 months time. Shambles! Needed the part for a bathroom refit that had just started. SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY. Very let down. Rude and unprofessional customer service.
