My children purchased a three ring rose gold plated necklace for my birthday, depicting mum, and my two children’s names for a special birthday.
After only 9 months the plating came off, thoroughly disappointed, not only for myself but for my children, who paid good money for it.
After emailing customer service, basically was fobbed off!
To my way of mind, this item is not fit for purpose, would not recommend.

Two small screws effortlessly came off, leaving the item unusable. Pointless purchase since I ordered 2 boxes: 1 for each child. Shan’t be renewing my custom. Disappointing given that each box cost £39.99. I have requested a refund; let’s see what happens. Looking at the data on this platform, 1/3 of their reviews denote client dissatisfaction, which is somewhat alarming.

Bought a personalised bracelet and emailed to ask if it could be delivered before my son’s birthday. Got an immediate response that it would be and it arrived in time. Great customer service and great product.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I ordered a gift 2 weeks in advance for a secret Santa present.
This item was not in production until I chased them a week later, and mentioned there was a deadline for the gift to be delivered.

I also had to ask whether the item had been dispatched and finally received a tracking number. I was promised this would be dispatched next day, however this was not dispatched correctly and still hasn’t been scanned in by Royal Mail, 5 days after being ‘shipped’.

They offered a replacement with next day delivery, which was not actually guaranteed ‘next day’ apparently?

I did offer to collect as I discovered the business address is close by, again this isn’t allowed for some unknown reason?

A direct replacement wasn’t available because the item I originally ordered was out of stock, so it was a waste of time anyway.

The customer service was appalling, no apology for not fulfilling my order.
They ignored the points and questions in all of my emails when explaining the issues I had.
I understand there have been mail strikes but the rest of my parcels from other companies have been delivered with no issues, and certainly in less than 2 weeks.

Avoid this company. They are rude, unhelpful and won’t actually deliver the item you have ordered.

Lovely products & lovely people. Ordered an awesome bespoke gift that arrived with a tiny flaw that many suppliers would have dismissed. Rachel was amazing, understanding why I wanted the gift to be perfect. No hoops to jump through filling out forms or returning the item, just a promise kept to send me a replacement in time for the special occasion. A company that puts itself in the customer's shoes - a rare and wonderful thing!
