Yet again my council tax has gone up, my local council (Cornwall) the fifth highest in the country for increasing its bills since 2013 by 2.39%. Services are being cut to satisfy civil service accountants who are being controlled by central government. Why should it be that someone living in Hartlepool pays ÂŖ1000 more a year for the same house banding as someone in Wandesworth?
I really hope UKIP has plans for replacing this crazy system with a fairer community payment scheme .
