So my parents took my son when she came to visit us with my husband as I was at work, my husband is away now for a few weeks & he received a text saying he could collect both my mum's and sons items, whilst doing my errands for the day today, I thought I'd pop in, the owner was extremely rude saying he should of text to say I'd be coming because she needed time to wrap items (took all of 5 mins) I said I could come back if easier but no reply and didn't even speak to me whilst she was wrapping just handed me the items like she just wanted me gone, I could understand if there was people there but noone was other than her. Such a shame I won't be returning as it really is a lovely set up.

Spent a peaceful and relaxing time here for Mother’s Day. Lovely host, offered tea and coffee. View over fields was calming and inspiring. Lots of choice and paints. Will definitely go again!

I have loved this place since you were still in summer town! I love the staff and the atmosphere of the store. I definitely recommend bringing a child who loves art or just for fun! Definitely going to return soon. Also to the lady who sold me that crochet lion even though it wasn’t for sale, you’ll be happy to know that i still have it and love him. ❤️

Now in a beautiful rural location. Friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff, lots of colours that you can paint on with a paintbrush or in a bottle with a fine applicator for writing etc. Plus stamps for extra decor, and a wide range of different pottery things to paint. We had a really lovely time!

Lovely shop for gifts to both buy and also make yourself. Suitable for any age. My daughters loved it, aged 3 and 6 but often seem all ages in there designing their own craft in groups. Definitely worth booking in or dropping by for gifts.

I really wish I could leave a positive review, because I love to support small businesses, however I truthfully cannot. I have had a number of pottery painting sessions here and whilst the two ladies who work there are lovely, the same cannot be said about the owner. When I came to collect my items, she was very rude and her attitude suggested that I was unwelcome and an inconvenience. Several other reviews on here have raised concerns that she is racist, and as a non-white individual, perhaps that is an explanation for her actions. When I received the mug that I’d carefully painted, I noticed a rather large smudge. Upon raising this with the owner, she curtly dismissed my concerns and insisted that it must’ve been my own mistake. I was quite taken aback and hurt by her sharp reply and left the store without causing a fuss, but I felt it is important to inform others of my experience and potentially the treatment they may encounter should they visit this store.

Great place to take the kids for a creative outlet for 2 hours! Make sure you call to book in advance to avoid disappointment. My little boy now has a plate he can use for all dinners and a money box, both he painted himself (with a little help from dad of course 😄). Very friendly and helpful staff! Fun for big kids like me too! 😉
