Rachel provided a first class service to assist our booking, for the first time with Uniquely Local Experiences with a Chester Zoo photography experience day.

Rachel has built a rapore with the locations attractions to provide in-depth knowledge to assist clients with their bookings. Responses to enquiries are prompt and personal and often outside of office hours in her own time. We have complete confidence that Rachel will follow up our request for future dates later in the year to be released to visit Think Forensic CSI for another experience day, that's currently not available. We did enquire with a number of emails and Rachel went above and beyond to help us and provide a special birthday celebration day for our daughters special birthday and Rachel is assisting us further with another unique experience that we are anticipating booking later in the year, as an additional family celebration this year.

We highly recommend this personal service that is rare these days and the variety of attractions Uniquely Local Experiences promote.

Very poor experience I'm afraid - missing items, incorrect deliveries and a lot of effort involved in getting what we ordered. Tried to resolve the matters and whilst some progress made (they tried), it was just issue after issue after issue. I recommend avoiding the physical gifts entirely
