Purchased mesh banners for scaffolding so at the beginning seemed like good business to deal with, sent over our logo for advert on mesh banner the print was good and what we had asked for, quick turn around, so item was sent and received banner print good but workman ship shocking these banners are designed for scaffolding tube to be installed through top and bottom hems so when the guys tried to install to find out they were sticky tape no good when signs are 10 meter in the air and signs fall down shocking finished product, on complaint company not interested send them back at my cost to possibly get back in same manner and will give you 15% off next purchase, I will not take a chance of next order as quality of the item purchased was shocking
So beware if using them as your throwing your money to waste and customer complaints don't care either, take your money and run

Very helpful throughout the online process. I'm not confident in that medium but Jack helped with getting the logo uploaded, designing and then re-designing the banner text, and producing the final draft for approval, all in one afternoon. And it was delivered on time. Great stuff, many thanks!

🚨 Unacceptable Service from Vinyl Banner Printing 🚨

I recently placed an order with Vinyl Banner Printing for a roll banner that was promised for delivery on November 8. When the banner didn’t arrive, I followed up and spoke with Peter Douglas, who assured me it would arrive by 10 a.m. on November 9. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen either, and I was left waiting all day with no updates.

The banner was crucial for an event on November 9, and its absence caused significant disruption. This lack of communication and failure to meet delivery commitments reflects poorly on the professionalism of Vinyl Banner Printing.

After a delay, the banner was finally delivered on November 14—days after the event—and was accepted. Now, the company is offering me a £40 credit note for future orders, rather than addressing the actual financial impact of their failure to deliver.

This situation is incredibly frustrating. I’m requesting a full refund for the banner and compensation for the lost business.

Here’s the official response from Vinyl Banner Printing:
“The delay was caused by the courier (Parcel Force) and not by us. Had you rejected the parcel, we could have refunded you, but since you accepted it, we are offering a credit note for future purchases instead.”

I believe this response is inadequate given the situation. I’ll be sharing my experience here to ensure others are aware.

After I explained my needs, Kevin was really helpfull and came up with a good design. The product arrived very shortly after I approved the final design.

Poor quality printing on banners and received damaged foam boards. Wrote a complaint and they refused to acknowledge the issues and instead closed the complaint referring to their terms and conditions stating that if it is not visible from 2 m then it is not valid. Awful service and products. Avoid at all cost.
