We had a fantastic experience at W12 Conferences, where we hosted a Company Management Day. The event was well-run and smoothly organised, with everything running seamlessly from start to finish. Catering was excellent— a generous selection of sandwiches and snacks, all clearly labelled for dietary requirements. The catering staff were attentive, ensuring the area remained clean, organised, and perfectly set up on time according to our schedule. The AV setup was straightforward, and the facilities were clean and accessible.

A special thanks to Grant, who was always on hand to assist, from booking to on the day, making the whole event super easy.

W12 Conferences is a terrific Centre in West London. I was impressed by the professional and welcoming atmosphere. The conference rooms are modern, well-equipped and provided ample natural light. The staff were attentive to every detail and always ready to assist. They also serve food or canapés which were delicious and the coffee was superb. I highly recommend W12 Conference Centre for anyone seeking a top-notch conference experience.

What a great team there is at W12! I have held, and attended, several events over the years and have always been impressed by the help I have received from team members. From arranging a meeting to getting everything sorted on the day, I have found staff to be friendly and accessible and the facilities to be clean, adaptable and well-resourced. It's an ideal venue for meetings and training events. I'll be back!

I visited W12 Conference Centre to listen to professionals speak about Organ Donation and Organ Transplantation. A friend of mine is in need of a kidney replacement. So it was great to listen to both donors and recipients tell their stories too. My only regret, this seminar only happens 4 times a year. I feel it should happen monthly for the valuable information they share. It helps would be donors ask the questions that concern them. I should add this seminar was for LIVING DONATION. Whereby a donor in good health can opt to be tested to see if they could be a possible match for a friend or family. Beyond that, of course anybody can opt to get tested for suitability. They can then donate to the many hundreds if not thousands of people waiting on the transplant list. Register to become a donor, it's for the good of humanity. Do the right thing.
