I have been with these guys 10 years. The first real time I need to use them I call up and ask if they can do antibiotics for a throat infection. They confirm. i fome all the way in just to be told I need a GP to prescribe them.

Go across the road to the GP... they confirm the pharmacy should of perscribed. Tell the pharmacy and thry still deny them.

So now i have to wait till the end of the day in hopes of the NHS seeing me to get some antibiotics.

This service sucks and I hope this country abolishs this kind of practice.

I've been coming for travel vaccines, it's very easy to get appointments and they offer a wide range of vaccines,
The pharmacist is a very helpful and kind person that's very informative and creates and very calm atmosphere in the pharmacy.
I have been attending for a while and always get top class service and they are very informative too.
Best Pharmacy I've been too.
As a family run pharmacy, it definitely feels like a family inside

What a lovely, friendly and professional pharmacy this is! We moved into the area 6 months ago and the team at Walkers have provided such helpful info - they pointed out that a family member should qualify for free prescriptions - something that our last, hopeless pharmacy never mentioned. This has saved us a lot of money and our prescriptions are dispensed on time when needed (unlike our previous pharmacy, where every visit was a battle). Keep up this great work Walkers, it is appreciated 🙂

Friendly, fast and professional with knowledgeable Staff.

Stopped in for a travel consultation a few months ago. I arrived early and was kindly seen ahead of schedule. The pharmacist was friendly and answered my questions, and the appointment took almost no time at all - basically a nice chat on the way to the tube station. A real local vibe that reminded me of my hometown!

Wonderful pharmacy with courteous, professional, helpful staff that go out of their way to deliver excellent customer service. I hope all pharmacies could improve by learning from Walkers Pharmacy! Our family has used this pharmacy for 17 years, since moving into this area and our children have grown up with all the valuable and timely advice, medicines and over the counter treatments. They even helped me with advice on searching for a variety of Orthopaedic Consultants, when my hip replacement loosened and I needed someone who could resolve the issue. They also helped our family with travel and recent flu/pneumonia vaccines. Onwards and upwards !
