The ONLY reason it even has one star is because I HAVE to click a star to make the post.

I will NEVER step foot back into this place.
40 minutes until close, tons of workers, not a SINGLE cashier up front, and only ONE end of self checkout and only 3 or 4 of them are taking cash. Not normally one to complain like this but this is INSANE.

SICKENING.

Let me also say..
We FINALLY get to a checkout, we have $100 that won’t run through the machine, (it’s real, obviously) and the worker said our only option was to try at another self checkout, we had the SAME issue at another checkout. SO after all that, we had to leave 1/2 of our stuff because they couldn’t assist with the money not working.

There was also a man in line that started yelling at another guy because he got in front of him. Everybody was jumping in line. It was HORRIBLE.
Horrible customer service throughout the store, there was only 1 associate who we talked to that was generous. Restrooms were DISGUSTING. Just an overall awful experience. I have issues almost every time I come to this Walmart, but this visit did it for me. I won’t be back, idc where I have to go. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Shout out to Caleb for being Awesome!!! 😎 I was on vacation and ran out of essentials like deodorant, wipes, and body lotion. He stepped up and helped me to find and price my items. Caleb is a Wonderful employee. I got to the register and was greeted by and checked out by a very nice older male. Mrs Elizabeth checked my receipt and thanked me for shopping as I was leaving out. Thanks to the three great employees that made my visit Fabulous. Highly recommend!!! 😊😁

Nice selection of products for a good price. The Tire and Lube area is awful, though. I tried on two separate occasions to get my oil changed, and they ignored me both times.

My experience was the most ridiculous encounter I’ve ever had a Walmart. Why do they have the cream/lotion locked up? We had waited for at least 10 minutes before an associate came to unlock the cabinet. The person who unlocked the cabinet was gonna unlock and then ring that person up and come back individually for each person.
There was an 80 year old woman waiting and he refused to ring up the rest of her items because she did not have 10 or less.
Please do better with your customer service.

Deleting my 5 star review because I stood waiting for an hour pushing a button nobody listened to, trying to get something y'all got locked up. That's the FIFTH time. If you're going to lock things up, don't treat your customers like a burden. It's solely on yourselves. If that button is pushed, or you get summoned over the loud speaker, standing around the store chatting, or hiding in the family restroom that is NOT meant for you to take a dump in private(it's for parents with small kids who can't use the regular restroom, so stop hiding out in there. Employees should be banned from using it), is definitely not what you should be doing.

This place doesn't deserve one star. I have been through there on multiple occasions usually at night. There is so many rude employees it is ridiculous. Now, don't get me wrong I have encountered very few wonderful people that work there including Lucas, Or Luke. I'm not sure if that is his name. He is a tall white guy usually works close to Ms. Opal. They are very caring and sweet individuals.
There is one individual who always has a terrible attitude and talks down to multiple customers including myself and children every time I have been in this store. She is down right nasty to people and she absolutely should not be working in the public. She is an African American woman. She has a Bob like hair cut. Her hair is gray and black. She wears red glasses. She is usually near self check out on the grocery side. One occasion, I watched her get very upset because a woman brought her toddler child into the store. The child started crying while the mother was checking out. The mother was doing everything she could to calm the baby down. Instead of this woman minding her business and doing her job, she started to run her mouth to other co workers about how the mother shouldn't have come into the store without help. She did not say it quietly. I was waiting in line and it was backed up to the grocery area. I could hear this employee say this while that far back in line. Not only did she voice this very loud, she then approached the customer and asked "where is the father at because next time she needs to leave the kid at home" this employee then went on to tell this customer "no one wants to hear your child cry while shopping"
On another occasion, my daughter was riding in the cart due to having trouble with her leg. This employee approached me and stated my daughter needed to get out of the cart because those carts could not handle that much weight. My child weighs 100lbs. I have watched people put way more than a 100lbs in those carts and they work just fine.
Last night, we brought out service dog in. The employee was working again. I could hear her running her mouth about the dog to other employees before we walked up. He lied down right bedside us as we were checking out. He was not bothering anyone. He was behaving as he should and as he was trained to do. This employee stated she didn't like it because we had our dog and she didn't approve of him near the groceries. Her tone was very hateful and rude. This lady is out of control. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact the store regarding this behavior but no response or if I do get someone to answer they either hang up or they will say they will transfer you and nothing happens.

I just went to buy a pack of bacon and found that over half of them have been expired for TWO WEEKS. I spoke with employees at the front, showed the pictures, asked to speak with the department manager, but nobody really seemed that interested in doing anything about it.

Do your insides a favor and never buy groceries from here unless it’s in a can or box, and even then check the date on EVERYTHING.

Clean store with lots of space to move about. Well managed with tons of workers ready to help. Limitless products and several lines open for self checkout. For many years I wouldn’t dare go here on a Saturday, but now that they have so many self checkout stations it’s a great place to grocery shop or bounce around for clothes, electronics and more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏾🐺
