Ordered an item to be delivered to the Argos store in Wantage. Received a notification to say that while the product was in stock, the Wantage store had randomly decided to cancel our order. We called Argos customer support and they confirmed that for reasons unknown the Wantage store had cancelled our order. They were really confused as no valid reason had been given for the cancellation. Will never use Argos again.

Brilliant Staff, always very helpful had some really good experiences recently. Had to go in with a faulty tablet on my son's birthday and just bought a lot of Christmas presents which they hid from my daughter while I distracted her! Always really good customer service!

Staff every helpful looking numbers up for me as I left my reading glasses at home. The lad who got the items for us could of been quicker than a dawdle and perhaps a smile of recognition as we were the customer.
Other wise the staff at wantage are pleasent and again helpful.

Extremely disappointing and worrying. The argos delivery driver texted me 'your delivery is with number 8 as you enter the road, the old man said he'll drop it off as he knows you'!!!
Why did he not deliver it to me at my address? Text or ring me if lost he/she obviously had my number. I paid for delivery.
Shameful.

It's OK for an Argos, but being a smaller store, it doesn't always have stock of certain items. Lucky there's one in almost every town, eh? NO. Not really.

Dont really like buying from Argos unless I have to. The laminated book of dreams doesnt always give the info you need, and often have to look it up online, rather than see the info you want on the product itself

As they say, combines the best of online and high street shopping. Not always cheapest but that's the cost of convenience. This "Extra" store has lots of stock or can get stuff overnight from other local stores.
