Whilst the hotel is large, it didn’t lose the personal element. This was largely due to the friendly and helpful staff. I don’t know how they managed to cater so beautifully for such large numbers, and the food was really good. The entertainment was of a high standard with two venues to choose from. We enjoyed our evenings and happily retired to the most comfortable bed. Sadly not the pillows. Must take my own next time. |I can’t leave out the beautifully kept ground with lovely walks. A truly enjoyable break.

Just returned from another great stay at Warner's. We knew it was going to be big, just didn't realise how big! The room was lovely and spacious and the walk in shower a bonus. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble. Entertainment was good and varied. Would I return to Heythrop Park, no. I think we prefer smaller venues but don't let this put you off trying it out. Finally I would like to give a big shout out to Dan in the market kitchen. A very attentive young man and the banter we had was great, cheers mate.

Firstly, the photo deceives. Most rooms are in a separate large wing and are standard - nothing fancy but got what you need. Comfy bed, too. Unless you're paying a lot, you won't be in the Manor House.
Secondly, this seems to be a favourite venue for the retired. Being in our 40s, we were the youngest there by at least 20 years. That didn't matter much as we still had fun, but we felt like we were part of a retirement coach trip. No offence intended to anybody.
Entertainment was brilliant. Great venues. Good choice of bars and restaurants but nowhere for bar food, only bar snacks and drinks.
There were so many people there (a bit like a holiday village overseas). At breakfast, tables weren't being cleared after customers had left. There were so many tables full of dirty plates etc.
Staff were great and really helpful and welcoming. Lovely grounds, great wildlife (lots of impressive Kites).
We probably won't go back because of the clientele not suiting what we were after, but we did have a lovely time, and people seem to go back time and time again.

Birthday stay, 4 nights with friends. Wonderful break & very lucky with the weather so could enjoy a muddy walk around the huge grounds. Pool, sauna, steam room and outdoor hot tub were a real highlight as we could swim before breakfast. All the other free activities were great fun. Food superb & staff so very friendly and helpful.
Close to Blenheim palace for a day out & lots of picturesque Cotswold villages on another day out.
Loved every moment.

3rd trip here, gets better every time. Really good food and entertainment. Rooms excellent, most have a fridge. I guess your enjoyment will depend on the entertainment, ours included Dean Stansby who was superb. Decent golf course, also a pool and spa, lovely grounds. Just a few words of advice: it is a sprawling manor house and if you are one end of the resort it could be a long walk to the other, so I wouldn't recommend this Warner’s for people who can't walk as well as they used to.

First time to a Warner break and think we came to the best. Exceptional food and service for all meals and in all resturants and bars. Big shout out to Henri in the Travelling Duke and Rebecca in the Brasserie. The entertainment was first class and the spa was lovely too. Room was small but clean, modern and more than adequate not that we spent such time in there. |If your thinking of having a break here please don't hesitate you won't be disappointed.

We visited Heythrop from Sunday to Wednesday and had a relaxing time. This is our second visit to this hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable with a bath and walk-in shower. The staff were hard-working and attentive. I must give a mention to Precious in the Market Kitchen who met us with a smile and was very obliging and nothing to much trouble. Will from the Warners entertainment team was very good and professional. Special mention to Ryan, who made the quizzes fun and entertaining he had very funny bones. There are plenty of places to relax and plenty of nice walks.||The only criticism that we have is on Monday. I understand that it is the change over day, but there was nothing going on for the people who were still there on their break, which I find unfair as we are still paying for this day.||All in all, it was a lovely break and we would book this hotel again.

Originally booked Bembridge for a party of 8 to use the bowls facility. No ferries to Isle of Wight so Warners stepped up and found the nearest hotel that could accommodate a large group. A couple of hours later we were welcomed to Heythrop. You were all great and although we had to wait a little while for rooms to be made up, you made it worth the wait with a complimentary voucher. The venue and location are great with lots to see and do. Entertainment was great and so much choice. Ryan is a real asset to your team. The only reason for not giving 5* is one of our rooms had no heating. We did get a portable heater but it remained very chilly. Having stayed at several Warner hotels this one offers so much more. Thank you again for the brilliant service we received from everyone on a difficult 1st day of our break.
