I visited the shop today for Balloons for my Son's Birthday.
The lady was extremely rude and very uninviting seems it was a problem us being in the shop.
We purchased 2 number balloons and weights wanted more but the welcome we had put us off.
While blowing these balloons up all we could hear was tutting from the back room other customers were commenting on this as well.
I explained what colour I wanted and she seemed not to understand i repeat myself several times.
I ended up with something I didn't want. She handed me the balloons and didnt even put them in balloon bags.
Any good balloon shop would know it wasn't hard request.
Changing over the top prices for extremely bad under inflated balloons with a rude attitude to go with them.
I lefted the shop and went to Pentangle and got exactly what I wanted with a great service.

Great service and always with a smile. Good variety of balloons, cards, banners etc. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The staff are very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Acted as if they didn’t want me in the shop. No hi how are you. Didn’t want to talk. Judging looks on their faces. Watching my every move. Felt very uncomfortable in there. Will never go in the shop again

Responded quickly to a message I sent to ask about confetti (yes, they do sell it) and were very friendly when I popped in.
