I popped into West Acton Superstores for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how much they have available. From sweets and snacks to cleaning supplies, cold meats, and even frozen pizzas — a great variety for a local convenience store. It’s quite a cute little shop, and I’m really happy to have this in the neighborhood now that I’ve just moved in. Definitely a handy spot to have nearby!

I visit this shop nearly every day, getting a large proportion of my shopping from there. They have a huge range, especially tinned food, dry goods like lentils, spices, sauces, and quite a few frozen items. They'll also order in things on request. The staff are friendly and helpful - I've noticed they help a vulnerable neighbout by boxing up food for him. A real asset to the neighbourhood!

I been there they have everything . If they don’t received his delivery they can go specially for us big store and bring stuff and give the customer home delivery . also I see in the shop for the old people good service . They are very helpful and just I want to say we feel like family . They are working for us we have to appreciate . Thanks

I used to go to this shop regularly, I knew most of the products in the shop are from Lidl and marked up for triple the price. However I’d still go there to get bits like a can of coke or cigarettes etc. I kept thinking the price wasn’t what I added up in my head. I think the shopkeeper adds an extra pound or two to the final bill and as I’m usually tired from work I haven’t noticed for a long time. But when I calculated my stuff and how much they were charging me seems they overcharge you. Their products are extremely expensive, they sell a packet of Lidl cotton pads for almost £3 when you can buy them for less than £1 in Lidl. I won’t use this shop anymore as I think it’s a greedy and unethical place

Terrible and unbelievable how they treat there customers. Absolutely shocking how customer service is of a low standard. Do not reccomend to anyone. Advice ! Do not us your card as they over charge and expect to get away with it. In my opinion they should be closed down for taking advantage

The people there have changed and made the shop unpleasant to go to, especially the older fat one who has an attitude.
