Fabulous overnight stay with our dog. Rooms were spotlessly clean and beds super comfy. Our dog even had a bed, blanket, towel and a welcome pack! Evening meal was delicious. A lovely way to celebrate a 21st birthday 🎂

Visited after the refurbishment and must say it looks really lovely. I only had drinks and food as part of a buffet for a party so didn't stay in the hotel. The Wheatley was always a nice place to visit but now it looks very chic inside. The drinks prices are very reasonable, especially for the area, and the service was very friendly and efficient. I look forward to returning - it also looked nice and busy and the atmosphere was warm and lively.

Overall a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a great location and is a short walk from the local train station, so very handy for trips to Leeds or Ilkley without the hassle of finding parking. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and well furnished, the bed was very comfortable. Food was very good/excellent and the staff were friendly. However, service was a bit slow for dinner on the Friday because the pub was very busy. Would recommend to anyone visiting this part of Yorkshire.

We had a lovely experience at the Wheatley yesterday. We ordered two pork belly roasts which were delicious (best roast I’ve had in ages!). We were greeted by a very polite waitress and sat down really quickly. Our food and drinks both came out really quickly and the staff were all so lovely and very attentive, even on a busy Sunday. Our desserts were delicious too! The whole atmosphere and look of the restaurant is so nice. We’d recommend the Wheatley to anyone and we’ll definitely be back soon!

Would highly recommend went above and beyond.

Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble very accommodating.

Beautiful rooms spotlessly clean.

Excellent food good choice on menu with fantastic service. With lovely dining area.

Special mention to Emma for getting my toiletries bag back to me that I left behind ( at no cost to myself I should add).

The Wheatley Arms is a lovely warm welcoming pub. The staff are really nice, decor is lovely and fresh, food was great, bedrooms are clean and comfortable with glorious showers. It is in a perfect (for us) location 4 minutes walk to the railway station. It was difficult to find fault except the information in the room hinted at a treat to be found in the fridge. We couldn’t find it neither could our friends in their room. A small point which definitely did not detract from our enjoyment of the pub. By the way, it was great value as well.
