I met the branch manager of Woodforest bank today , she actually manages the Monroeville alabama office, she was in brewton filling in for someone that was out. Just the most pleasant and sweet experience in a long time , I appreciate her very much , im just terrible with names as she introduced herself to me , I never can recall a name but she stood out and knows her work so well , hats off to the branch manager from monroeville , filling in in brewton alabama, what a pleasant experience, if only a portion of others treated people as kind as she did, a wonderful world it could be thank you so much again , such a pleasure , Pamela Steele ❤️

Why doesn't this bank answer the phone? I've tried on three separate occasions (during office hours) to call and no one answered the phone yesterday. I rushed from my job to get to the bank. All I needed was a new debit card but was told no because the "card machine was already turned off." So what? Turn it back on...customer service? If they had answered the phone when I called those three times, this probably could have been avoided. Not to mention when I arrived, 10 minutes before closing, another customer had to go behind the desk and knock on the door to get both associates to come out and do their job. Unacceptable! I understand it was near the time to close, but it wasn't time to close yet. The associates at this branch should take better care of their customers and stop taking their jobs for granted.
