We recently had the pleasure of working with Anna and Sophie from Your Day to plan and coordinate our wedding at Dodmoor House. From start to finish, their assistance was nothing short of extraordinary.
I had created a lot of our decor and initially sought someone who could bring my vision to life at the venue. Anna and Sophie not only met this expectation but exceeded it in every way. They meticulously decorated the venue, perfectly capturing the aesthetic I had envisioned.
Their dedication to perfection was evident in their thorough approach. Anna and Sophie asked questions to our venue and suppliers that we honestly hadn't even thought about. They visited the venue with us multiple times, took precise measurements, and tackled all the difficult questions to ensure everything would run smoothly. Additionally, they designed beautiful mood boards for our colours and themes, which helped us visualize and refine our ideas.
Beyond the decor, they handled all our vendors with exceptional professionalism, ensuring every detail was flawless. On the day of the wedding, Anna and Sophie managed everything seamlessly, taking care of any issues that arose, no matter how small. Their attention to detail and dedication meant we could relax and fully enjoy our special day without any stress.
Anna and Sophie truly made our wedding day magical and special. Their hard work, passion, and expertise were evident in every aspect of their service. We cannot recommend Your Day highly enough to anyone looking for dedicated and talented wedding planners. To clarify, I am not affiliated with Your Day in any way. Many months ago, I asked for advice and help on a Facebook group regarding a venue decorator, and Anna messaged me. Such an amazing company! And will use again and again.
I was planning a friends hen do and Anna was a massive help with loads of beautiful options to make it looks spectacular and it took all the stress out of my hands, we talked all the time and made sure we was on the same page with everything and how I wanted it to look and honestly on the day they went above and beyond and it looked even more amazing than I could have imagined!
They have so many options for whatever the occasion so I will definitely be using them again.

Incredible service from Sophie and Anna throughout! We started working with Your Day after we had already booked the majority of our other suppliers as we started to realise that we had perhaps bitten off more than we could chew and needed the additional support.
One concern that we had before talking to any wedding co-ordinators is that they might not understand the vision we had for quite a unique event and might try to put us into a 'one size fits all' process for how the wedding 'should be' but we needn't have worried. Anna and Sophie understood the assignment and tailored everything around some weird and wonderful non-negotiables that we had. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked around us throughout.
They liaised with our suppliers in the build up so we didn't have to worry about being contacted and could focus on what was important to us as the big day got closer. They put out so many fires in the few days before that we didn't even know anything about until after they were resolved so we didn't have to take on the additional stress.
Sophie worked wonders on the flowers and produced the most beautiful bouquets, centre pieces, archway etc. to perfectly enhance our vision.
On the day itself they worked tirelessly to make sure everything went exactly to plan and had some great contingencies to keep everything seamless. For example our reception musician was stuck in traffic and a speaker appeared from nowhere to keep the entertainment going while they set up. An unexpected downpour while everyone was on the lawns and dozens of umbrellas were brought out. Speeches didn't stick to the planned timings but the caterers were kept informed and all food came out exactly when needed. They thought of everything and the day ran perfectly because of it.
As well as all the above they were also an absolute pleasure to deal with. They made the whole process as stress free as I imagine planning a wedding can ever be and by the time the day came round they felt more like guests! We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
