Dreadful company to deal with. Paid over £1600 for an event in an affluent area, they then moved us to another one of their events in another town which was not an affluent area and not an area we’d choose to trade in.

Was quite clear from speaking to the other traders the price we paid was completely different, so much so the owner of zoom events who was on site claimed we must have paid for a bigger pitch than we had. So quite clearly they charged us for one event moved us to a cheaper event they set up last minute but kept us on the fees of the original event.

We then found out the original event we paid for still went ahead - we just got moved.

The footfall was incredibly poor due to lack of advertising and the last minute nature of the event. They have refused to look into our complaints on the pricing despite the owner saying he would.

The communication in the run up to the event is poor, we didn’t get any information until a few days before which made planning incredibly hard.

We won’t be using them again and strongly suggest you don’t unless you love throwing money down the drain. All the other traders were complaining at the event about the poor communication and how there is always poor footfall at zoom events.

Basically don’t waste your money!

No advertising for the event, angry management and poor choice of entertainment. I do not recommend pitching up at any future events created by this company. I think Stevie wonder could do a better job. 0/5 ! + Rude staff

I don’t usually post negative reviews but would like to state that the Rochester Food and Drink festival was run in an irresponsible and poorly controlled manner. The only place to sit to eat food was in front of the music stages which meant that you had to listen to music whether you wanted to or not. People had to queue for far too long to get food.

The food stalls closed one hour before the comedy. As a result most people went into Rochester and drank that hour away thinking that there would be food at the comedy event. There wasn’t (not even a packet of crisps) and everyone got horrendously drunk. Consequently the comedians had to contest with a very difficult crowd. My partner and I left after the first two acts as we felt it was getting out of control and unsafe.

Do better and be responsible hosts.

Poorly run festival. Music on & off throughout the day - even when it is on, it’s depressing. Event not marketed properly, no signs anywhere outside and no footfall. ALL TRADERS AVOID.
