Staff more interested on filling shelves. Saw me standing at till still ignored me as if I was invisible.. eventually after 10 minutes decided to be bothered to serve me.. snatched my money out of my hand then slammed my change on counter..one of the rudest staff members I've ever seen..disgusting attitude and service your lucky to get a 1 out of 5 very very disappointed ☹️☹️

Staff are very blunt, especially in regards to evri parcel shop. It’s extra work for them and they are not in the slightest bit helpful and seem rather smug when the machine isn’t working.

I was in the store and wanted to purchase some minstrels for my sister, being anxious I kept checking the shell price which was £1.50. However when I went to the checkout the women serving me told me they were £2.00. I shook it off put them back and picked up another bag of chocolate that was £1, bought them and left. Though When I was purchasing them, the lady, from before, snatched the bag from my hand and after scanning them quite aggressively slammed them down. I don’t understand how you can have that kind of aggressive behaviour towards someone. (In addition to this the next day I did purchase the minstrels at the self checkout and they were £1.50)

Went here this morning for a few things didn't have anything I went for ended up walking out. considering how big the store is you would think they had better stock won't bother going here again.

usually have the meal deal on Friday had the chicken club wasn't even edible the bacon was disgusting just a bit of fat the bread was dry lettuce and tomato was soggy very dissatisfied staff are very helpful with Is a good but won't be having one of those again I'll stick to prawn mayo next time

Just brought a piece of beef for Sunday lunch and it was like shoe leather couldn't chew it basically only fit for the bin. Ruined Sunday lunch will not purchase meat there again.
