Wasn’t really in a hurry to do anything and took a long time to do the job for what it was - over 2 weeks for a simple couple of names printed on a suit. Communication was very poor regarding time frames and letting us know what was / wasn’t happening. There was confusion over letter sizing for over a week without anyone getting in touch, so the job just sat on the side until I called in and queried how long it would be in the off chance as I was passing. I feel like if I’d not gone in and chased it up it would have sat there indefinitely, so that’s quite poor really.

That said, friendly when you’re in there and good rates. Have done a good job now finally finished.

Easy parking and access to the building which helps drop off and pick up without any partying about.

Been using this company for 7 years now since I set up my business. I find them very helpful. I highly rocomend them. I tell them what I want, Pete designs it and emails the print to me when Ive seen it I give him the go ahead. He texts me and I collect. All work is done to a very high standard.
