2nd year we've been to watch the rock and roll panto and loved it! Great production, very talented cast, friendly venue staff, and lovely traditional music hall/theatre. Can't wait until next year's show!!! 😄

My first visit to this historic music venue right in the heart of Leeds tucked away - but a hidden gem. Went to see Julia Fordham and it was a perfect venue - acoustics great and helpful friendly staff on duty. Will definitely return!

Super, fairly intimate venue, tucked away in the centre of Leeds. Comfortable and accessible, pretty roomy for a Victorian building. Lots of original features still in situ. You're close enough to the performance space pretty much anywhere. Sound reasonably good.

Really special little theatre. Brought lovingly back to former glories with ornate architecture, comfortable seating and lighting. Cosy bar area and great views of the stage from practically every viewpoint.

A great traditional music hall venue l, stepped in history. Compact and warming, moat seat have great views. The White Swan next door offers a discount on food if you can prove you have a reservation for the show at the varieties.

Rock n roll panto was absolutely amazing. Great acting ,comedy and music played by the cast. By chance saw the sensory show. Cast were genuinely interested in describing their characters and making the vulnerable at ease by mingling with the audience

Went for a burlesque show a couple of weeks ago. Very nice staff and place. It was my 1st time there. Proper old-time theatre, love it. There are 2 bars there. 1 on the 2nd floor, 1 on the 1st floor - where seats are.
