Ordered a glitter canvass as a Christmas gift, received order relatively quickly actually but was not what I ordered. Instantly contacted them and was told a reprint would be done straight away to correct the order and should arrive before Christmas, now have had 3 weeks of radio silence. Will not be using again

Ordered a custom mat for my brothers bar in January for his birthday mid Feb. Didn't arrive, emailed beginning of March to be told sorry we will dispatch it ASAP. It is now mid march, nothing and no correspondence from the company. Would never endorse this company in anyway shape or form. 3 months nearly to print something and still not received a thing.

Ordered a football card for my son's birthday in April. Just received my refund as I never got it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are up there as the worst company I've ever dealt with. Judging by the other reviews, I'm not alone.

THE worst service (if you can call it that) I’ve ever received. Placed an order in March which still hasn’t arrived 3 months later. Countless emails & calls unanswered and ignored. Still no sign of the items or a refund and all they do is ask for confirmation of address. Do not use this company unless you want your money taking, ignoring and no product

Awful awful company. Placed an order and paid for it and they still haven't sent it. They replied to a few of my emails now they are ignoring me!!! Absolute joke!!! Should be ashamed of yourselves treating customers this way!!!

Update my order has now been received 3 months after ordering - had to contact wowcher to get resolved

My partner and I bought a football canvas in November .. had to chase them up twice and was told it would be dispatched the next day. On both occasions this did not happen. Arrived well after Christmas.
Don’t buy from this company . Spend your money with a company who value their customers.

Canvas was shocking .Returned the canvas and had to pay for postage and packaging as they did not put any paper work in the parcel They refused to refund the postage as they said there was a returns label in the parcel .There was not any paper work at all.
They argued with me saying I was at fault for returning the canvas .
The attitude and tone of their e-mails was disgusting.
DO NOT under any circumstances have any dealings with this company they are rip off merchants !!!

Purchased /ordered a bar mat in January then they requested on the 22 February I redesign ? having used their template in the first place? I have sent NUMEROUS emails seeking delivery update and have yet to receive ANY response ZERO interest shown by them and it's now 23 March absolutely disgraceful service do not deal with these people they are unprofessional and do not deserve your custom.
