Lie regarding parcel dispatch dates, ordered a parcel on Monday for my kids play on Friday. Man on the phone lied about the date it was dispatched on Tuesday (Said was going to delivered Thursday the latest).. I have phoned again due to no delivery and was told it had only been dispatched on Wednesday and now will not be delivered in time. ABSOLUTE JOKE AVOID!!!!!!!!!!
