Don't really rate shops but this one is a credit to the brand. only used about 6 times so far as moved in to the area but really friendly and helpful staff.
Always makes me thing of woollys when i go in as they used to be.

If they stock it it's usually very competitively priced. Plants not looked after very well so try to buy them on the day they are delivered.

Love these shops, this one although smallish has a huge range of products and well stocked. Prices as always are great with some real good bargains.
Dog friendly store and amazing staff - would be a regular if I was local to Alnwick but just visiting.

Great place for most things but some of the prices of clothes and other items could be lowered a little bit. It is a little bit small for a shop with branches all over the country but apart from that I would give it a glowing review. It also sells a wide range of things for children such as things that would usually be found in a joke shop and also sweets & chocolate. High up on the rating of Alnwick shops. 8/10.

Ordered some planter troughs online which were described as 'ivory' and looked white in the pictures. Collected them from the store in Alnwick and when I got home discovered they were more of a mushroom colour, so unsuitable. Took them back to the store to explain they were not suitable. The Manager refused to deal with it, saying they did not deal with online purchases and told me to ring a customer service number. Rang customer services who advised us we should return the goods to the store to be returned to head office for a refund. Perhaps YTC could train their staff - especially management - in the appropriate customer service procedures as this experience doesn't exactly encourage us to shop here again. On the plus side, when I went back in with the items, 'Richard' on the tills, was helpful and immediately confirmed they DO send returns to head office as a matter of course.
