A fantastic gem of a shop! I needed a Mad Hatter hat and not only was it really good quality but it was also really reasonably priced. The staff are also really friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be going back!

Great little shop.
Any comments you see about the "blonde associate" please take with a pinch of salt.
Me and my sister went in to find an outfit for our fathers fancy dress party.
My sister went in looking for something specific but found an outfit she liked better.
She was 'put out' because her size wasn't on display. I asked the lady who worked there if they had another size and... we got it.
It's not a warehouse of course but it's great for what you need.
Like I said, if you see anything about the lady who works there and people are saying that she's rude or indifferent l, I guarantee you that that review came from so someone who doesn't appreciate small businesses

The staff are very helpful and good. However, the store is so crammed. There is not even a changing room for you to see if the costume fit. I bought one oversized Spider-Man costume that I cannot even do up at the back because the costumes does not have a zip. The no refund rule is absolutely criminal coupled with the no changing rooms because it’s a constant guessing game and lucky dip as to whether it will fit. They do not have hardly any costumes for adult men the variety of outfits in different sizes is extremely limited. I am disappointed not gunna lie and would not recommend this store.
