Went here for my wedding shopping after a recommendation. The young gentleman provided an excellent service to me and my mum and we managed to get everything we needed.

He even helped with sorting out my Kirpan and customising it to match my outfit.

Best one stop shop for all occasions.

Been coming here for over 25years never had a problem with purchasing party/wedding accessories as has everything under one roof for weddings and party’s. hired a Kirpan for a wedding and came to return this today 4weeks later was told sorry you might aswel keep it because you did not return it within the one week. Firstly when booked was not told to return within a week. A deposit was kept just in case we decided not to return it not within a time limit. Not happy with the way it was dealt with. So basically we were told to keep a secondhand/many hands Kirpan for £110 could have bought a brand new one for £70 else where but we didn’t need a Kirpan so we hired it just for the wedding. This has got me really angry and disappointed with the owner of the shop as he said he wasn’t bothered about losing a customer. You won’t just lose a customer trust me. I recommended them all over Coventry, Swindon, London but after this you have lost many customers. A few of my family members have told me of similar things from the owner/ the owners father but just gave them the benefit of doubt. But really sure they just bothered about the money they make not the actual customer.

Got lots of wedding and Asian events stuff, prices not always clearly marked and no itemised receipts available. Need to update with modern times. Polite and helpful staff.

I entered the shop with my son in his pram. I got to the plates I wanted and at this point the owner told me I wasn't allowed the Pram in the store as there wasn't enough room. But I was already by the items I wanted and hadn't knocked anything off. She wanted me to leave my son at the front of the store. Stupid suggestion. Rude woman.

Would love to see the staff a bit more attentive. I was standing there waiting for someone to say hi. They're quite a bit straight to the point which seems strange. Place was a bit too crowded ( not customers ) and messy.

I can recall this family run store when I was a child back in the 1960,s .
It's great to see it still trading, polite customer service ,prices are always competitive prices .
