Waste of time. These guys don’t even know how to print a PDF file. Just go to a library further up.

Such a horrible company!! Would not even rate one star! Very unprofessional and extremely rude with zero customer services!!!! Have used them a couple of times for small jobs only because it’s a local business!

They get mad at making amendments even if there is one error which was their own mistake and spotted out after I day after I made a payment error being “ in the living memory” instead of “in the loving memory” the guy handling WhatsApp got mad and replied to me next time will charge £5. Which I completely ignored then.

Next time I contacted him via WhatsApp and requested a flyer design he said send me all info one time no changes last time you changed for 3 days! What a lie! I told him there are companies that offer unlimited amendments till the customer is satisfied and customer services matter as much as the job you do! He replied ppl are free and work from home we are very busy don’t have time! I said well you don’t do it for free ! Every customer big or small should be dealt with respect! If you don’t want to take on small jobs that’s absolutely fine you can politely refuse or clearly state we will not do any amendments! He says go design your own you can do it for free! Such an unprofessional, nasty person dealing with customers! Should be sent on customer service course to learn some etiquettes to deal with customers. BLOCKED AND DELTED NUMBER!

Super helpful, knowledgeable and such a fast turn around! Came in at 2:45 today just to look at prices, ended up with a brilliant price and had lots of design input and he gave me advice to get the best end result I could get, came back at 4:30 to collect it same day!
