Used model my party for the first time for my son’s first birthday party was very impressed. We hired the Mickey Mouse party package and the kids really enjoyed it. Ashley was very friendly and helped decide where the package would work best located in our hired hall. Thanks for a great experience 🙂

Really saddened to write this. I contacted model my party for the white soft play package for my sons birthday. Everything was fine, and I was more than happy with the set up. As it was the white soft play I was asked to give a cash deposit of £50 on the day which I did, this would be returned when they collected. Model my party collected the soft play after we had left the venue and I heard nothing. I contacted them the next day to be told and shown via a picture a scuff mark on the top of the inflatable ball pit. I was apologetic and they said they would try bleach the next day to get off. I have contacted model my party 3 times since to be ignored. I have found this highly unprofessional and tainted the whole experience. If model my party were to have got back to me and had said there was no luck getting this off I would have accepted. But no contact at all is highly unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Use this company for my daughter’s birthday party. Hired 2 children’s tables and 1 5ft table and 12 children’s chairs. The men who delivered were so friendly and very accommodating.

Review to say the team and service from Model My Party was top notch. We rented a ball pit for our wedding anniversary party as we were expecting a number of small children. MMP offered very reasonable rates, delivery and flexible timings which really helped us. I had inadvertently provided the wrong contact details for myself, but the MMP team were able to locate us and begin set-up despite this. The team were friendly and the ball pit was a huge hit with the kids that came - much more so than we had expected (somewhat stealing the limelight from us!). Adults were able to stand nearby to keep an eye on their little ones and continue to enjoy the party as well. Would recommend for anyone holding an event with small children.
